A movie director, who had nearly given up hope of casting a lead in his upcoming movie, says he knew when he noticed a busker performing below an escalator at Waterloo that he had discovered his girl.
Sherika Sherard is now the lead character within the movie Phea which is being launched subsequent month having been well-received on the Administrators Guild of America and Outfest in LA.
Sherika, who’s making her appearing debut, wrote and carried out the songs her character sings within the movie.
BBC London took her again to the place she first met director, Rocky Palladino.
