Russia is evacuating Kherson with the battle for the occupied southern metropolis to start “within the very close to future”.
Authorities have been sending messages to civilians to depart instantly as Russian forces are liable to being pinned.
“Within the very close to future, the battle for Kherson will start,” Kirill Stremousov, Moscow-installed deputy administrator for the area, stated final night time.
